Three sessions
Each session, your team gathers for 2 or 3 hours at your office. No experience needed. No laptops. No agenda. Just showing up, making something, and leaving a little closer than before.
Think of it as a story. Each session is a chapter. Together, they built it into something.
Session 1: Who am I in this team?
A space to slow down and be seen. Colleagues discover sides of each other that don’t show up in meetings, and conversations start that wouldn’t happen anywhere else.
Session 2: What do I know about you?
Something meaningful is made and given. A moment that proves someone was truly listening. Everyone leaves with something handmade, thoughtfully created just for them.
Session 3: What can we build together?
The team creates something that belongs to all of them. It stays in the office as a permanent reminder of what they built as a group.
